Description:

Join us as we read the story “Once I was Very, Very Scared” which was written to help children and grown-ups understand how stress can affect children. After we read the book, we will discuss how we can help children with stress.  Upon completion of this course, you will earn 2 credit hours.

Courtnie joined FAC in August 2022, she comes with more than 6 years of experience working directly on the frontlines of the child welfare system as a foster and adoptive mom. Courtnie is very passionate about helping and serving her families in the community. When not serving her FAC families, she is home enjoying her family, making memories, and having fun with her 6 kiddos!
