Description:

Parenting is hard. Parenting Children with Trauma is even harder. Throughout this class we will learn tips, tricks, and techniques to help our children before they become dysregulated, during their dysregulation and how best to support them afterwards. 

This class will be IN PERSON on Monday, April 21, 2025 from 6-8:00 PM at the Poplar Bluff branch (2198 N. Westwood Blvd, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901.  Upon completion you will receive 2 hours of training credit.

Trisha Lambert

Trisha Lambert is the Family Advocate and Training Specialist for FosterAdopt Connect in Poplar Bluff. Trisha brings many years of lived experience navigating the child welfare system, including parenting a child with special needs. Trisha's own journey of fostering to adopt has left her uniquely equipped to understand both perspectives, and to serve as a steadfast bridge for families in the midst of their journey. Trisha and her husband have been married for 10 years. They have three daughters ages 9, 6, and 4. In her spare time, Trisha enjoys outdoor activities with her family, spending time with friends, and reading.
