Description:

Do you have children that bounce around your house? Do your children like big hugs or tight squeezes? Has your child refused to wear clothes with tags or socks with lines? In this session, we will discuss how sensory processing relates to attachment and regulation. We’ll also give different ideas on sensory activities that you can do to help your child regulate. This course is worth 2 credit hours.

Jennifer Meyer

Jenn Meyer is a Family Training Specialist at FosterAdopt Connect. After earning her education degree at Northwest Missouri State University, she taught for five years. Jenn then moved into case management and eventually became a licensing worker. She now trains for FosterAdopt Connect and the Spaulding Center. Jenn and her husband were licensed foster parents for seven years. They have three daughters, one who was adopted from the foster care system.
