Description:

They warn you “it’s not IF you get a hotline, but WHEN you get a hotline.” But, you never think it will happen to you.  This class will provide cover the hotline process, how to advocate for yourself through the process and ways to prevent future hotlines.   

This self-paced class was designed to be completed at your own pace.  It includes a recorded webinar, required policy reading, a quiz and survey.  You will need to pass the quiz with 80% or better to earn a certificate.  At the completion of this course, you will earn 1 hour credit.
