Description:

Online usage has become a common part of childhood.  Our children have devices at school, home, and in the community.  Yet, we know foster and adoptive children are at a greater risk of being taken advantage of.  This training discusses risks parents need to be aware of and offers practical suggestions for keeping children safe online.  This self-paced class was designed to be completed at your own pace.  It includes a recorded webinar, quiz and survey.  You will need to pass the quiz with 80% or better to earn a certificate. This training is one hour and therefore worth one credit hour.
