Description:

Working with the Case Team can be hard, especially if you don't feel like you are being heard.  The self-paced training on how to be a successful team member, including how to communicate with the team and avoiding common pitfalls.

This self-paced class was designed to be completed at your own pace.  It includes a recorded webinar, videos, handouts, quiz and survey.  You will need to pass the quiz with 80% or better to earn a certificate. Upon completion of this course, you will earn 1 hour of training credit.
